The ePORE system is a next-generation electroporator for reversible electroporation in accordance with standard ESOPE procedures. EndoVE is the dedicated endoscopic electrode for intraluminal gastrointestinal treatment via a standard endoscope.

ePORE delivers electrical pulses at a frequency of 250 kHz, reducing muscle contraction and the related pain during and after the procedure.
Indications:
- Local treatment of cutaneous and subcutaneous metastases, regardless of histology or prior treatments.
- Endoscopic treatment of solid tumors.
- Treatment of vascular malformations via electrosclerotherapy.
EndoVE: Endoscopic Reversible Electroporation
The EndoVE device is the dedicated electrode for endoscopic reversible electroporation within ducts, specifically designed for intraluminal gastrointestinal introduction using a standard endoscope.
Clinical indications:
- Inoperable esophageal and gastric tumors;
- Inoperable, advanced, or recurrent colorectal tumors;
- Symptomatic lesions: ulcerated and/or bleeding;
- Patients who prefer minimally invasive therapies and non-systemic palliative treatments;
- Frail and/or elderly patients for whom surgery or conventional systemic treatments are risky;
- Treatment of vascular malformations of the rhinopharyngeal tract;
- Also applicable in early stages as a neoadjuvant debulking approach, under sedation or general anesthesia.
